Faux Leather Journals FINAL (3)

Alas! final images for this 6-Pack! somewhere in between steps i stained the pages with just diluted coffee and a hint of black acrylic.
Once dry, i went on to fold the pages and pierce them with a needle tool...then came the fun sowing!! once again, using a coptic stitch because i'm not in the mood to learn a new stitch...maybe later...
For the bookmark, i decided to go with just string with a piece of wood tied at its end. Cut the pieces out of 1/16th thick basswood...
that i then stained with diluted coffee and black acrylic....carved out some wood here and there...
First of the pack: dark brown faux leather book
this one has the bronze colored fasteners...

This leather contains minimal bumped texture and a sheen to it...
Second: Oxblood faux leather: a little on the purple side...
 with bronze colored fasteners...
Contain a lovely bumpy texture and a slight sheen...

 Third: Light Brown Faux Leather
With silver colored fasteners...this guy got some cross stitches on both rear and front covers...

 Fourth: Gray Faux Leather

 Fifth: Tan Faux Leather
